Centrifuge Leader Takes New Messaging for a Spin

Our client was a market leader in Europe. Their industry-first inventions and credibility in centrifuge technology was well-known by customers, but they had kept a fairly low profile in the Americas. Our job was to help establish their pedigree without dwelling on history; to make it clear they were the category innovator while also establishing them as a global player with the engineering and service capabilities to support the Americas. We brought this messaging to light at their most important tradeshow: WEFTEC, with a creative platform and innovative exhibit to help them tell their story. A pre-show campaign and media outreach efforts ensured quality engagement opportunities in their booth and at a special reception, creating numerous opportunities our client could spin into business.
