Cathy Bratton
Production Management
Cathy uses a wealth of advertising, marketing and operations experience to ensure every project is completed on-time, within budget and to client specifications. With uncanny attention to detail, Cathy aggressively manages internal and external resources to ensure the best possible deliverable for every project. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic design from the University of Cincinnati.
John Buscemi
Principal
In addition to managing all financial aspects of the company, John serves as Media Director – supervising research, evaluation and placement of all print and electronic media. John uses his 20 years of business experience to help clients develop comprehensive marketing plans and budgets. John received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Lana Carroll

Lana is gifted with outstanding people skills and a demand for precision in all that she does. She has an extensive manufacturing background, enabling her to accurately understand customers’ needs and to provide them with what she knows they need most – exceptional customer service. Her experience includes serving as an application engineer/senior pricing analyst and as a pricing department manager for a leading global industrial manufacturer.
Kary Catchings, Jr.

K.C. brings 31 years of work experience in marketing services coordination and advertising and sales support. K.C. provides customers with unparalleled attention to detail and commitment to ensure that all trade shows ship out smoothly. K.C. manages show planning and logistics, setup, support, takedown and maintenance and repair so clients can attend to the business of selling.
Peter Chaffer
Exhibit Marketing
Peter is a critical extension of TriComB2B in Europe. He and his staff assist clients with projects ranging from language adaptations to trade show logistics. He provides face-to-face consultation for marketing operations in the EMAA, assuring proper execution and timely implementation. Peter brings more than 25 years of marketing and communications experience to his job.
Chris Eifert
Principal
Chris’s 15 years of experience in sales, product management and new product development bring a practical, hands-on perspective to clients’ marketing requirements. Chris held several marketing and product management positions at industrial and technology companies where he implemented marketing programs for new product launches as well as existing products and services. Chris received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
Lori Erion

Lori has more than 25 years of graphic arts industry experience including electronic prepress and print production. Lori’s considerable experience, technical aptitude, creative abilities and master level knowledge of a variety of applications for graphic layout and presentations lead to high-quality, effective solutions for clients. Lori received her Associate of Art degree in Commercial Graphics/Design and her Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/Marketing from Southern Illinois University.
D. Audia Felzien
Client Services
Audia provides client solutions by applying 30 years of marketing communications expertise and unbridled enthusiasm. Audia has specific expertise in literature development, copywriting, training, electronic media development and technical documentation. Audia has also served as a documentation and training specialist for numerous mainframe and software programs. She earned her B.S. in Journalism from West Virginia University.
Bryan Furrey
Creative Services
A graduate of the School of Advertising Art in Kettering, Bryan also attended the Columbus College of Art & Design. His background includes employment as a senior designer for Wilson Advertising & Design of Miamisburg and as director of illustrative services for Hafenbrack Marketing & Communications Group, also of Miamisburg. Bryan is a former member of the United States Marine Corps Reserve and currently is a member of the Harley Owners Group.
Denny Geglein
Fulfillment Services
Overqualified and underpaid, Denny was coerced into organizing and running the most efficient literature warehouse in the Midwest. Denny applies his 30 plus years of information technology experience to run and maintain TriCom’s various inventory and order management systems.
Jesse Gifford
Interactive
Jesse combines programming savvy with a heads-down work ethic to deliver interactive solutions ranging from e-commerce applications to interactive pricing calculators. His exceptional organizational and project management skills help ensure on-time completion and accurate deliverables for TriComB2B clients. Jesse received his bachelor of science degree in information systems from Brigham Young University in Rexburg, Idaho.
Michael Glass

Michael loves art and that passion shows in his work. Part of the Creative Services team, Michael has more than 10 years of graphic design experience. He is responsible for the production of brochures, sales sheets and other printed collateral. Michael holds a bachelor of fine arts degree in visual communications from the Columbus College of Art and Design. His special interests include oil painting, illustrating and gardening.
Charlotte Langen
Creative Services
Charlotte has more than 30 years of graphic arts industry experience including design, illustration, photography and art production for print and exhibits. Charlotte has worked at advertising studios and technical products companies where she held positions as director of an electronic publishing department, art director, computer graphic artist and technical illustrator. She is also skilled in QuarkXPress, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other applications. She earned her B.S. in Art Education and B.A. in design from Miami University.
Jack Lilienthal
Consultant
Jack founded TriComB2B in 1984 and has built the company into one of the area’s fastest growing communications companies. Before founding TriCom, Jack spent 10 years directing organizational and marketing communications for two prominent Dayton area businesses. While in military service, Jack supplied news programs for Armed Forces radio, television and newspapers and handled community and media relations with American and European news media. Jack teaches marketing and public relations at the University of Dayton where he earned his M.B.A., M.A. and B.A. He achieved the rank of Captain as an Airborne/Ranger in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1973.
Tim Short

With experience in sales and the non-profit arts sector, Tim focuses on providing the best service and solutions for TriComB2B’s clients. He is responsible for the conceptualization and completion of marketing and communications efforts that match strategic visions and address specific challenges. Tim is a graduate of Xavier University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and enjoys reading, sailing and ice hockey.
Melissa Lorenz

Melissa’s engineering expertise and real world sales and marketing experience allow her to clearly communicate the most technical products and services on behalf of clients. Melissa held positions ranging from Staff Engineer to Sales Manager prior to joining TriCom. Melissa’s technical knowledge facilitates effective, rapid implementation of marketing programs for complex products and services. Melissa earned a B.S.E. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan.
India McKnight
Fulfillment Services
India believes and lives the word service, bringing that commitment to her literature fulfillment position. India is dedicated to providing accurate and timely delivery of literature to clients. Her background includes serving as a forklift operator and distribution clerk for General Motors. In addition to her part-time duties, she also serves as an operations specialist with the U.S. Navy. She attended Oakland University, studying international business/finance.
Erin Paulson
Strategic Marketing
Much like a chess champion, Erin plots the right moves to help clients win. In her strategic marketing role, Erin researches the newest and best practices for winning marketing efforts. Her past positions include: marketing manager for two divisions of NCR Corporation (10 years) and project manager for Teradata Corporation (two years). She holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing and a master of business administration degree from the University of Dayton.
Nancy Poland
Accounting
Nancy brings enthusiasm and her experience as executive assistant, pricing analyst and customer relationship manager to her role in accounting. Nancy helps clients by preparing budgets, tracking project costs and providing project updates. She also helps maintain mutually beneficial relationships and business terms with TriCom’s valued supplier network. Nancy also lends a hand with reference desk services for clients including e-mail, web and telephone inquiries.
Rhonda Ryerson
Public Relations
With an eye for detail and a love of the printed word, Rhonda Ryerson has an extensive communications background that includes 22 years of writing and editing experience. She has been employed by various newspapers, printing companies and a technical book author. Rhonda attended Sinclair Community College and Wright State University as a communications major. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from the Christian Life School of Theology.
Annette Sand

Annette applies an abundance of energy and enthusiasm to any trade show or client event she manages. Annette was formerly employed by a large healthcare network where her responsibilities included: strategic planning, creative design and implementation of marketing plans and coordination of large community events. Annette holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing and a master of business administration in management, innovation and change from Wright State University.
Dan K. Snelson
Interactive
Dan brings a unique blend of technical savvy and practical communications experience to client solutions. Dan has broad experience designing and developing original Internet and intranet sites, interactive programs and e-commerce solutions.
Prior to joining TriCom, Dan also served in several marketing and communications roles for technical products and services companies. Dan majored in communications with an emphasis in public relations at Brigham Young University.
Nick Tarkany, Jr.
Client Services
In his role as Account Manager, Nick manages marketing projects for both corporate and non-profit clients. He has been integral in supporting TriCom’s interactive marketing department with Web analytics on behalf of clients. He also provides specialized fulfillment services and helped implement TriCom’s new customer satisfaction program. Nick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communications from the University of Dayton. He was goalkeeper and a distinguished member of the NCAA Division I men’s soccer team from 2004 to 2006.
Dan Williams
Creative Services
Dan displays an unusually high level of enthusiasm and dedication to any artistic endeavor or project he undertakes. He is proficient in a number of software applications, including: Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, ImageReady and Microsoft PowerPoint. A 2007 graduate of the School of Advertising Art in Kettering, Ohio, Dan holds an Associate degree of Applied Business in Advertising Art. He enjoys hobbies such as photography, drawing and working on classic cars.
Jon Berry
Client Services
Years of project management in the technology industry has taught Jon the importance of delivering the high-quality projects on a timely basis. Jon’s depth of experience, from technical writing and editorial content development to design and development of Web-based solutions, enables him to apply strategic advice to our clients’ diverse marketing programs. Jon holds a B.A. in English from Wright State University and enjoys playing music, gardening and spending time with his family.
